THE ROLE:
- Create and manage product roadmap projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and features;
- Work with stakeholders to define new feature needs, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and time 
constraints;
- Write detailed product specifications ensuring clarity for development teams and adherence to external compliance regulations;
- Work with software developers to deep-dive into product specifications ensuring full understanding of feature 
needs prior to development;
- Coordinate with QA and engineering teams to ensure the product meets product standards and user expectations;
- Communicate progress, updates, and changes to stakeholders, keeping them aligned with product goals;
- Oversee the successful launch of new features and product releases, coordinating across teams for smooth
execution, including documentation and end-user training;
- Track use of new features including adoption, user feedback, roadblocks, and performance metrics.

THE CANDIDATE:
- College degree in Business, Process Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or similar field, or equivalent work experience;
- 5-10 years experience in software product management with emphasis on writing specifications and cross
functional collaboration;
- ADVANCED English level required (read/write/speak)
